Deposits

A non-refundable booking of £20 is required to secure your appointment.

The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Consultations

All treatments begin with a consultation to assess suitability.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment

Late arrivals are subject to a late fee or cancellation of the appointment

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations, amendments and missed appointments will be subject to a fee.

Repeated rescheduling or prior no show will result in full payment required upfront.

Right to refuse treatment

All treatments are subject to consultation.

We reserve a right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or not in the clients best interests.
